THE BEACH HOUSE

THE BEACH HOUSE is situated high upon the sand dunes, its a truly unbelievable location. Inside you can watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bedroom. You hear the local birds herald another fantastic day at the beach, as you sit at a sun drenched breakfast table. This is the spot to have a long & lazy recline to watch the early morning surf breaks. From the living area you can catch pods of dolphins riding the waves. It's truly a Breathtaking location.

ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT PROPERTY!!!! 3 Bedroom One Level Beach Home with 180 degree uninterrupted views of Culburra Beach. Great Family Retreat for up to 8 people. The backyard overlooking the beach is HUGE,great for kids to use as a playing area or why not just lay in the deck chairs & take in the view & WOW What a view it is.

Walk out the back of THE BEACH HOUSE over the dune onto the beach. Go swimming, surfing, fishing or just take lazy walk along the beach at sunset.

Our Green Grassy backyard is perfect for the afternoon BBQ or game of cricket. The spacious yard is fully fenced with enough room for the kids to run around. Our video library is fully stocked with a selection of titles for those evenings when you just want to lie down and relax.

At THE BEACH HOUSE we know how exhausting it is to have small children & go on holidays, so we have supplied some essential play equipment for the little ones, including a small blow up pool to put on the back grass, so that mum & dad can relax on the sun lounges nearby while the kids splash in the pool or play with the ballgames. Once you have stayed with us, you will return again & again - Its a little piece of Heaven

The BEACH HOUSE has been decorated in a modern beachy style.The main living area looks directly over the beach. This area catches the morning sun making it a great place to just sit & relax have a coffee or read the paper.

The main bedroom faces the beach , so in the morning you'll awake to the view of the Pacific ocean & waves crashing upon the sand.Bedrooms 2 & 3 are quite & cosy places to relax. During the Summer months the house always catches the ocean breeze. Bedroom 1 x Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 - 1 x Double Bed 1 x bunk bed with TV,VCR & Lounge room TV, VCR & DVD, BBQ, Washing Machine, Dryer & Hairdryer.

YOU WILL HAVE TO BRING LINEN & TOWELS, Doonas & Blankets are provided.Plus Cleaning Fee $100.00.

We loved the view and position and the kids loved the beach, boat and huge grassy back yard not to mention the bunks/ladder and T.V in their own room! "With an absolutely perfect setting right on the sand dunes of a beautiful beach and the sound of waves crashing in the background it is very difficult not to have a fantastic time at the Beach House! The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer! "

"We had a fantastic stay here. The house was clean and bright - a great spot for whale and dolphin watching. It was the perfect beach house - the short stroll over the sand dune was easy for our 2 year old. The outside shower was great for washing off before going inside. This house is tooooo relaxing. "We've just returned from a great weekend away. Four adults and four children fitted comfortably and we all had our own space to play and relax. The house is beautifully furnished but retains that beachy feel we were looking for. The garden is fabulous and opens directly onto a private path to the beach. Perfect! We saw whales and dolphins and spent hours making sea-shell necklaces with the girls. A decent coffee shop in town was an unexpected bonus. We would love to come back! "

"Outstanding property with all the comforts of home. It was clean, tidy and fresh and then there's the view/location. We were mesmerised just sitting outside and watching the glass like waves roll in. And the beach is at the back door. The sunrises and dolphins cruising past were an additional bonus. We have stayed in several holiday homes and this ranks as the best yet! Thanks to the owners for the thought and effort that has gone into making this property such a pleasure to enjoy.
