THE BEACH HOUSE

THE BEACH HOUSE is situated high upon the sand dunes, its a truely unbelievable location. Inside you can watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bedroom. You hear the local birds herald another fantasitc day at the beach, as you sit at a sundrenched breakfast table. This is the spot to have a long & lazy recline to watch the early morning surfbreaks. From the living area you can catch pods of dolphins riding the waves. It's truely a Breathtaking location.

ABSOULUTE BEACHFRONT PROPERTY!!!! 3 Bedroom One Level Beach Home with 180 degree uninterupted views of Culburra Beach. Great Family Retreat for up to 8 people. The backyard overlooking the beach is HUGE,great for kids to use as a playing area or why not just lay in the deck chairs & take in the view & WOW What a view it is.

Walk out the back of THE BEACH HOUSE over the dune onto the beach. Go swimming, surfing, fishing or just take lazy walk along the beach at sunset.

Our Green Grassy backyard is perfect for the afternoon BBQ or game of cricket. The spacous yard is fully fenced with enough room for the kids to run around. Our video library is fully stocked with a selection of titles for those evenings when you just want to lie down and relax.

At THE BEACH HOUSE we know how exhasting it is to have small children & go on holidays, so we have supplied some essential play equipment for the little ones, including a small blow up pool to put on the back grass, so that mum & dad can relax on the sunlounges nearby while the kids splash in the pool or play with the ballgames. Once you have stayed with us, you will return again & again - Its a little peice of Heaven

The BEACH HOUSE has been decorated in a modern beachy style.The main living area looks directly over the beach. This area catches the morning sun making it a great place to just sit & relax have a coffee or read the paper.

The main bedroom faces the beach , so in the morning you'll awake to the view of the pacif ocean & waves crashing upon the sand.Bedrooms 2 & 3 are quite & cosy places to relax. During the Summer months the house always catches the ocean breeze. Bedroom 1 x Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 - 1 x Double Bed 1 x bunk bed with TV,VCR & Lounge room TV, VCR & DVD, BBQ, Washing Machine, Dryer & Hairdryer.

YOU WILL HAVE TO BRING LINNEN & TOWELS, Doonas & Blankets are provided.Plus Cleaning Fee $100.00.
