Description

Self contained upper level of a family holiday home in a tranquil bush setting. Very comfortable, open and airy and furnished for family living. The front balcony has ocean glimpses through the tress and the large rear balcony overlooks a bush garden which attracts Lorikeets and Rosellas and at night possums. An easy 200m stroll through the National Park or a short drive to the beautiful family Bateau Bay beach.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom a lower double bed with a single bed on top. Sleeps up to 7 people. The living and dining area has TV/DVD and CD players with games supplied for adults and children. A separate eat in kitchen with microwave overlooks the bush garden. A gas BBQ and outdoor setting is on the back balcony.

A family home - all you need to bring is your bed linen and towels.

Local Attractions
The beach is ideal for swimming, snorkelling or just walking on the extensive rock shelf. Great surfing beaches nearby. Great bushwalks, panoramic views and spectacular coast. Tuggerah Golf course and lake fishing 10 minutes away as is The Entrance attractions and Pelican feeding. Handy to shops, clubs and restaurants.
