Yamba Links Villa is a 3 bedroom Villa overlooking Yamba's
only Golf Course. It is in a Community Title gated subdivision.
Master bedroom has a Queen and En-Suite, the second is a double and in the third bedroom there are 2 singles. The main bathroom has a bath and shower with seperate toilet. Linen is provided.
The living room has 2 Leather lounge suites with coffee table and colour T.V with DVD player. The dining room has polished wood table and 6 chairs.
Our Kitchen is modern with dishwasher, oven,microwave oven and electric hot plate It has settings for 6 people.
The laundry is in the single garage and has auto washer. The outside patio is off the dinning room and over looks the first fairway where Kangaroos greet you in the evening. A portable Electric B.B.Q. is supplied for use on the patio.
Access is provided to a private putting green and also direct to the golf club. You also have a community pool and 2 tennis courts. outside B.B.Q. facilities at both the putting green and the tennis courts
This Villa is the only one of its type available in this location
Yamba Golf and Country Club is next doior to Yamba Links Villa where you have direct access to the Club through a private gate. They have a resident Pro where you can arrange lessons also their Restaurant ia open 7 days while they also have a special bistro on Monday Nights.
If it is bowls you enjoy the Yamba Bowls & Recreation Club can assist. They also have an excelent Bistro open 7 day for Lunch and Dinner a Cafe is also in the Club open for Breakfast most days and Lunch. The River Boat Restaurant is open Friday & Saturday Nights for an Al a Cart dinner you will enjoy.
If its Fishing we have the best rivwer on the eastern coast where you can enjoy River Fishing or outside fishing. a Charter Boat is available for river or deep sea Just ask.
So if surfing is your No 1 Sport, well you have come to the right place, Yamba has 5 beaches to choose from and then you have the famous Angourie Break. Don't miss it ans all the famouse Australian Surfers have been there. Angourie is only 8 km from Yamba so it only a short drive . The have the famous Fangapani Restaurant there so after your surf saddle up for the best meal you could enjoy.
