Great surfing, swimming, & fishing 8 min walk to Forresters & Spoon Bay beaches , bush & beach walking, tennis & golf are all within 10 minutes.
The bright lights are there if you want them - Terrigal for Boutiques, Cafes & Restaurants, Cinema complex at Erina & Tuggerah, Avoca Beach Cinema, 3 major shopping centres of Erina, Tuggerah, Bay Village, Cresthaven Ave Bateau Bay 5 min drive. Lots more just a short drive away.
Surf Club patrolled beaches are at Shelly Beach and North Shelly to the north; Wamberal (walk from Spoon Bay or 8 min drive), Terrigal, North Avoca, Avoca, Copacabana, MacMasters, Killcare to the south between 15-25 minutes drive.
The golf courses at Tuggerah Lakes, Terrigal, Gosford and Wyong are always very popular and there are excellent mod grass tennis courts 2 minutes past Caltex off Bellevue Road.
