Ground floor comprises fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area (inc TV & DVD), utility (inc washing m/c & dryer) and master bedroom with en-suite.
Upstairs contains 2 bedrooms - one with twin king singles and the other with twin singles - main bathroom and family area including sofa bed, TV & DVD.
Private rear garden & patio area with barbecue and outdoor dining suite backing on to protected reserve. Secure off-road parking available with lock-up garage and visitor spaces in front of unit.
Linen is not provided but can be arranged at a small charge.
Bookings of 7 or more days given priority and we do not accept bookings for groups of teenagers or pets.
The unit is strictly non-smoking.
Local amenities
Located on corner of Flynn Street / Chalmers Street a short stroll to Flynns Beach, shops & award winning restaurants.
Flynns beach is a clean, beautifully presented sandy beach with Surf Lifesaver patrol, including Surf School, cafe and bordered by shaded grassy picnic area.
For the more adventurous there are excellent walks to interconnecting beaches.
Port Macquarie Area
5 minute drive (or 10 minute bus ride) gets you into Port Macquarie with full range of shopping, restaurants and entertainments.

Wonderful property. We have stayed here several times now. Always clean and very comfortable. Great amenities and great proximity to beach. The kids love staying here too and always enjoy themselves. We all come away happy and relaxed!

Really enjoyed our break in Port Macquarie. This property presents exactly as described. The pool was right outside the front door. It was an ideal place for our kids as they could enjoy the paved driveways on their scooters safely. Five minute walk max to flynns beach. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks Noreen

A nice modern townhouse, spacious and well presented and positioned near the beach. It was well equipped with a nice back yard backing onto a reserve - great for families with young children who would enjoy the company of the many resident children in the complex. Garage was a little tricky to get in and out of with our large 4 wheel drive!
