The immaculately presented, fully furnished, double storey home with all the amenities required for a great stay. With a spa inside,

House Facilities

The house features indoor spa for those romantic relaxing moments.

Having 4+ main bedrooms and two bathrooms ensures that there are enough facilities for all.

With an open plan lounge area, + separate lounge for quiet times you can relax all day if required.

In the fully equipped modern kitchen you can cook up a storm or simply heat the pizza whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the yachts sailing by.

Entertainment & Extras

Capricorn Beach is ideally located, within easy access to shops, cinema, restaurants, Dolphin Keys, water ways.
Public Transport into Perth City only takes 55 minutes, or drive via freeway 40 minutes. Go South to Busselton only 1 hour drive away. What ever you need Capricorn Beach is the location

All though we have a minimum of 7 night stay we can have the different change over days leaving the odd night available. Price for these are on application.


Duvets, and pillows are provided, BYO towels and linen. Linen can be hired at an additional cost of $25.00 per bed per week.

  • "This house was amazinf & the pictures just don't do it justice. Went here for my Hens weekend and the house was perfectly suited for us girls (or families). Plenty of space to sleep and lounge around and was very warm in Winter (had a gas heater which I dont think is listed on the website). The outdoor spa was a bit cold but would be fine for use in Summer. We had so much fun in the house, we never actually made it to the beach! Beautiful location for sunsets too, Will highly likely revisit again :)"

  • "The stay at the capricorn beach house was really great! everyone liked the house and enjoyed the view while having a bbq. everyone also enjoyed the tennis court and both the indoor and outdoor spa. we were told about this house by a friend who had leavers a while back and it sounded great then. its still great now! now one of our friends who was there at the stay is going to book the house soon! overall a great and enjoyable place to have a getaway!"

  • "This is a great house and we loved our stay. It has a beautiful view over the ocean and a great outdoor area. Having the outdoor spa and half tennis court made it quite unique. It also had two full sized fridges which came in very handy. The other great thing is that the second bathroom is separate and you don't have to go through someone's bedroom to get to it. I would definitely recommend the house."
