This absolute beachfront property has uninterrupted panoramic views of the Westernport bay from the San Remo Bridge to the waves of bass straight crashing on the Cape. Watch your family swimming at the safety beach out the front from the comfort of either of the two lounge rooms. The Cape Woolamai safety beach is only 10 metres from the front of the property so if you forget something it is no effort to return home again. The property is ideal for those wanting a bit of space as there are two dining rooms, two lounge rooms, two kitchens and three bathrooms (one with a spa). Watch the sunrise over breakfast and look across to the lights of San Remo while having dinner. Then fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping as the tide rolls in. With all the windows you feel like your outside even if you spent the whole time inside. It is the perfect relaxing walk along the quite Esplanade strip to get the paper and then stroll back along the sandy beach.

This is a fantastic property for children of all ages. The Safety beach is great at high tide for swimming, cannoning or sailing. While at low tide go exploring in the rock pools for shells, crabs and other wonders of the sea. The property also has many board games, books and family DVD’s. The local play equipment is also only a 10 minute walk away.

Access the property in comfort through the Double lockup garage. The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, gas cooking and every utensil and appliance imaginable. Keep the property at whatever temperature is comfortable with both air-conditioning and gas heating.
This is the holiday property with everything.
