SKI SEASON (12 Jun to 30 Sep 08). Bookings limited to: Friday and Saturday Nights (2 nights); Friday to Thursday Nights (7 Nights); Sunday to Sunday Nights (7 Nights); or Sunday to Thursday Nights (5 Nights).

3 bedroom split level unit overlooks Lake Jindabyne. 3 balconies (each with lake views) and a sunny fenced courtyard. Outdoor BBQ facilities. Fully equipped kitchen includes fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Spacious lounge room with TV, DVD, video, CD/Audio. Slow combustion fire for those cold winter nights. 3 bathrooms plus separate toilet. Shared laundry with washing machine & dryer. Undercover parking for 2 cars. Short walk to town centre.

Brm 1 - 1 x Queen bed + 2 x single (bunk) beds; Brm 2 - 1 x Queen bed ; Brm 3 - 1 x Queen bed.

Please supply own linen; you will need sheets (for 3 queen beds and 2 single (bunk) beds), pillow cases, bathmats and towels (bath towels and tea towels).

Deposit and Bond

A non-refundable deposit of $100 or 20% (whichever is the greater) of the rental is required to secure the property.

A bond of $100 is required.

Normal arrival and leave times are 3 pm and 10 am respectively.

Location and Layout

The unit is located in a block of 3 units, within easy walking distance from the centre of town – approximately 150m from the Jindabyne Bowling Club. The unit is built over 3 levels:

*1st floor (upper level) contains the main living area including an open plan kitchen/dining & large lounge with external decks - north facing deck offers access to the sun and great views over Lake Jindabyne; south facing deck has bbq facilities and lake views also.

*ground floor (middle level) consists of a double undercover carport, main entry, stairs to living area above, main bedroom (with queen bed and 2 bunks) & ensuite shower, plus separate toilet.

*lower floor consists of two bedrooms (one with ensuite), plus separate bathroom with toilet. Both bedrooms have queen beds and access to a fenced private courtyard.
