Unit is 3 level. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on lower level, 1 (main) bedroom entry level and the kitchen, dining and lounge on upper level.
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed + 2 x single (bunk) beds; ensuite
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed; ensuite
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen bed; shower and toilet across hall
Please supply own linen; you will need sheets (for 3 queen beds and 2 single (bunk) beds), pillow cases, bathmats and towels (bath towels and tea towels).
Deposit and Bond
A non-refundable deposit of $100 or 20% (whichever is the greater) of the rental is required to secure the property.
A bond of $200 is required.
Normal arrival and leave times are 3 pm and 10 am respectively.
Location
The unit is located in a block of 3 units, within easy walking distance from the centre of town. The town has a well equipped shopping centre with a large supermarket and most shops open 7 days. There is a range of excellent restauraunts.
It is about 40km from Thredbo and Perisher by road and about 20km from the Ski-tube (train transport to Perisher-Blue Cow)
Park entry fees apply when travelling by road.

Snow Skiing at Thredbo, Smiggins Holes, Perisher Valley, Guthega-Blue Cow.
Fishing in Lake Jindabyne, Thredbo, Snowy and Mowamba rivers.
