A Blue Point House is a modern, architectural designed home with magnificent views of Jervis Bay. You receive the whole house but only pay for 2 persons as we only sleep 1 couple or 2 singles meaning SPECIAL RATES. NO Pets, Children, Babies, Toddlers.
The 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The main room is very large with a queen bed and walk in robe. This room has direct access to the main bathroom which contains the Spa. It also has a tv. The other has 2 twin beds with BIR. Sorry No Children.
It has 2 bathrooms, a large one upstairs which contains a large oval spa, the other bathroom is downstairs.
There is a wood fire for romantic nights or just to keep cosy. All the wood is cut and supplied for you. A fully equipped modern kitchen with diswasher and microwave. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing centre.
There are 2 tvs, One 147 cm in bottom tv area and a smaller one in the bedroom, DVDs, DVD/video and CD/radio/tape stereo.
The large private deck has a gas BBQ and out door setting and overlooks Jervis Bay not a road where people can see you as they drive by.
Double Garage with automatic roller door.
All the rooms in the house, living and bedrooms overlook Jervis Bay.

A couple or 2 singles have the entire home to themselves to allow for maximum comfort and privacy.
We manage the house ourselves, so on arrival you will receive fresh flowers, candles, bubble bath, wine, chocolates and wood to make your honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, proposal or holiday relaxing and romantic.

Amazing house great for cooking and relaxing. Would come again. Loved just watching the view from the house with a few drinks and all the little nice touches like bubble bath product and fire stoked.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing holiday here. We enjoyed the facilities of the house and mainly cooked for ourselves and enjoyed the DVDs.

House very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. You really have thought of all the little things, candles, bubble bath etc. Thankyou for a wonderful weekend. I feel revitalised!
We enjoyed our few days at your lovely place. We were lucky to have good weather and so were able to explore the beaches which are beautiful. The view from the deck is amazing and became even more so as we watched two trees being cut down in the house in front of us to the left. Thanks for the relaxing few days that we were here.

Standard Terms and Conditions For "A Blue Point House".
We will inspect the house, before your final payment and after you leave, to safe guard you from incorrect blame. To maintain a high standard of accommodation for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but rare past abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
1.Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation letter we posted to you unless we are notified, either verbally or written and paid for. The tariff for 2 persons is for 2 persons only.
2.Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival otherwise your credit card will be debited. eg left very dirty, cleaners having to wash up, stains on the carpet, burn marks on the floor, holes in walls etc.
3.Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
4.Damage, Breakages and Loss of the house's items is the guests' responsibility during their stay and will be charged to the guest.
5.Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is Prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
6.Sorry NO Children, NO Toddlers, NO Babies or Pets. The house is not designed for Children, Toddlers, Babies or Pets. We are a true adult only house.
7.Loss. The owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Cancellations
4 weeks notice - full refund for w/e (less a $50 administration fee)
6 weeks notice - full refund for midweek and weekly bookings (less a $50 administration fee)
If less than 7 days and the booking can not be rebooked then the whole booking will need to be paid for.
Transfers The booking maybe transferred to another time, provided that the vacancy created can be rebooked. This will mean no loss of refund.
A credit card number will be taken on booking as a bond and only used if the above conditions are broken. We will consult with you first though before using it. We do not take final payment though on credit.
Where We Are.
A Blue Point House is situated in a quiet street in Vincentia, just one of the little villages scattered around Jervis Bay. The house is on a hill overlooking the Bay that is why we have excellent views. One of the Bays many beaches is just down the hill within easy walking distance. The shops are 2 km a way and the Golf Course 5 mins walk away.
Beaches, swimming, diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, kayaking, scenery, whales and dolphins, whitest sand in the world, Booderee National Park, walking trails, cycling paths, safe, quiet, relaxing, historic sites, museums, wine tasting, kangaroos, emus, bird life. moon rises, sunrises, sunsets, Bayview Bakery and Cafe for excellent coffee and bread overlooking the Bay, wineries
