The modern townhouse has all the comforts of home.

The large open living area has a large T.V,DVD,VCR, and also a C.D player. So you can watch all your favorite movies and listen to all your favorite music.
There is also a book and games shelf catering for all ages.

The modern self contained kitchen includes a large fridge, microwave, elec oven/gascook top and a dishwasher.
There is complimentary tea/coffee/sugar/milk and a pantry full of herbs and spices for those who wish to cook up a storm.

A gas heater and airconditioner are in this downstairs area for your comfort.
A laundry with c/dryer and extra toilet is also on this lower level.

There is an outside courtyard which has a BBQ and outdoor setting.

Parking for vehicles include a lock up garage and an outside park.

The Ocean Beach Townhouse is not suitable for schoolies.

Bedrooms

There are 3 large bedrooms.

The upstairs main bedroom has a queensize bed with ensuite.

The second bedroom upstairs has 2 singles and a trundle bed.
The main bathroom/toilet has a walk through from this bedroom.
There are airconditioners in both of these bedrooms.

The third bedroom is downstairs and has a queensize bed.

All bedding and linen is supplied on all of these beds.

Babies porta cot available on request.

Location

The main shopping centre which caters for every need is only 5 min walk way.
There is access to all banks, a large choice of first class resturants, cafes, clothing shops, surf shops, gift shops, post office, coles supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries, butchers, green grocers, fish 'n chips, pizza/pasta, hardware, manchester, shoe shop, toy shop, bike shop, jewellers, hairdressers, newsagent, bottle shops, 'video ezy', 'bargin basement', real-estate offices, travel agents, fitness clubs, beauty salons, chiropractor, massage, dental and medical centres.

The main surf beach is also only a 5 min walk from the townhouse.
The Dunes resturant is on the main surf beach front with views to Barwon Heads Bluff and Port Lonsdales lighthouse - watch the ships go through to port Phillip bay. They serve meals from hearty breakfasts to delicious lunches and dinners.

There are some interesting beach walks to either Barwon Heads or Point Lonsdale. Maybe take the children on a beach rock pool ramble on low tide along the main beach area.

Life guards are on patrol daily throughout the summer months- Dec to Feb and then each weekend up until March.

Good surfing spots are in close proximity for the keen surfer, eg. Ocean Grove Main, K.N's, Raffs and 13th Beach.

Ocean Groves Golf Course is 2 kms from town centre and the Bowling Club is 500 metres. Both serve excellent meals.
Other Golf courses in the area include Barwon Heads Golf Club, the new 13th Beach Golf Club, Curlews Golf Club and Port Lonsdale Golf Club.

This makes the position of the Townhouse very convenient and handy for everyone who wants a relaxing, affordable and healthy beachside holiday.

The Ocean Beach Townhouse is situated on Presidents Avenue, Ocean Grove.
It is only 200 meters from the main surf beach and 200 meters from the main shopping centre of Ocean Grove.
Ocean Grove is only 75min from Melbourne and 25 min from Geelong.
