Luxurious modern absolute beachfront accommodation for 10 on an unspoilt mile long beach. 5 oversized bedrooms : 3 queen (2 with ensuite), bunk room for 3 and single room.
A peaceful beachfront holiday is assured by location in a cul-de-sac road below Square Head Nature Reserve. Two spacious living areas, the enclosed garden and the upstairs covered deck all look across the bay to Tollgate Islands.
Enjoy swimming or fishing in the gentle surf, where dolphins are occasionally sighted. Walk along unspoilt beaches and amongst the spotted gums of adjacent local nature reserves. At dusk, kangaroos are easily spotted from the playground which is just 50m away.
Shopping, restaurants and tourist activities are a 7 minute drive away at Batemans Bay. Local fare can be cooked in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas bbq. Alternatively, you can take advantage of free home delivery take-away.
There are plenty of options for relaxing indoors with two televisions complete with VCR & DVD plus table tennis and a dart board.

at your beachfront lodge. Its the first time I didn't need to go over any bathrooms or kitchen benches etc... It was so clean I couldn't believe it!!! Just wanted to say what a beautiful house Longbeach Beachfront Lodge is. It was so clean and actually looked like the pictures on the Stayz website. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it for anyone for a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely weekend down at your lodge at Longbeach. The house was lovely and clean and modern and much larger than we expected. Even though we comprised three different families, we were all able to maintain our own space when needed. The kitchen was more than ample for our needs.
The location of the house was great and we will certainly recommend it on to others.

Just wanted to let you know that we had an awesome time. The house is so much more than I expected - I thought we had the wrong house when we got there. Everything looked perfect, the view, house was clean and the boys loved how close the beach was. Thats where they did most of their fishing and caught three massive Australian Salmon.

5 out of 5. Longbeach Beachfront Lodge is exactly as the website describes it. The house was clean, well-maintained, very spacious, modern and well-equiped. Ideal for families and groups. The location was convenient - right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood and less than 10 minutes to Batemans Bay to buy supplies. We found it value for money, the booking system efficient and the owners friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend it and would stay there again. (Melissa Mar 07)
The house is beautiful and very large. The view is magnificent and the area so quiet. It was a perfect vacation.

Boating, Waterski, Golf, Tennis, Skatepark
There is parking space available for 2 trailer boats and limited boat launching for "tinnies" at one end of Long Beach. Full boat launching facilities and coastal patrol can be found 7 mins away at Batemans Bay.
Excellent waterskiing is available on the Clyde river just 15mins away at Nelligen. Lake skiing available 30 mins north at Kings Point Ulladulla.
Catalina golf course and adjacent tennis courts and skateboard park are available 10 mins away just past Batemans Bay.
Getting There - Arrival Times - Payment terms
Longbeach Beachfront Lodge is at 66 Sandy Place
5kms north of Batemans Bay take the Maloneys/Longbeach turnoff. Take the first right Blairs Road and follow all the way down the hill. Turn right into Sandy Place at the playground.
Arrival time is 2pm and departure time is 10am. If vacant, the arrival and departure times can be adjusted by arrangement.
You'll need to pay your rent 10 days before you arrive or straight away if you are coming this week! We are happy to change your booking from one date to another if you provide 10 days notice.
An administration charge of $50 applies for cancellations more than 10 days from your arrival date. One night's rent will be charged for cancellations within 10 days of your arrival.
Don't forget sheets, pillowcases & towels for 3 queen & 4 single beds.
