We too love our pets and we stay at Bonnies every chance that we can (which is hardly ever as it is such a popular place) We offer both you and your pets a holiday that you will remember for many reasons, but if only for the fact that you can have mans best friend along with you. What could be finer! We do prefer a 7 night booking but we are more than happy to negotiate requests for shorter stays please do not hesitate to call or email for this type of enquiry

About Bonnie's Beach House...

Bonnie's Beach House is a fully self-contained 4 bedroom cottage, comfortably sleeping up to 10-12 people.

The house features:
~ Modern, well appointed kitchen with senseo coffee machine,
~ Dining room with glass table. small tv, cd/radio
~ Separate lounge with Flat Screen Tv, DVD and AUSTAR
Play Station 2 for hire upon request
~ Master bedroom with king size bed tv and dvd
~ Second bedroom with queen bed
~ Third bedroom has a double bed
Fourth bedroom has 2 single beds one with a trundle bed
~ Sleepout with additional sofa bed and seating
Quality linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels)
~ There is a bathroom with shower. Separate toilet
~ Laundry
~ Garage
~ Air conditioned lounge/kitchen/dining.(king) Bedroom and (Double) Bedroom
~ Fans throughout
~ Outdoor entertaining areas - Covered pergola and covered deck, both with tables and seating.

~NO SMOKING INSIDE/OUTSIDE SMOKING ALLOWED
~ Off street secure parking for boat etc
~ Fully fenced, well maintained garden, with ample space for your children and dogs to play. There is a kennel and plenty of shelter and shade if you need to leave your pet at home for the day while you take a day trip.

About Elliott Heads...

A pleasant 12 minute drive through the cane fields from the City of Bundaberg lies the sleepy seaside town of Elliott Heads.
Walk, jog or cycle along kilometres of pathways that run along the rocky headland or have a bbq at one of the many picnic areas. Laze on the safe, patrolled white sand swimming beach or fish or swim in the river. See beautiful varieties of fish and coral when you snorkel in the clear waters only 200m from the front door, or explore the rockpools.

Your four legged friend is also allowed on the dog friendly river beach on a lead.

Snorkelling, sailboarding, jet-skiing and surfing are popular here, and tinnies and kayaks are available to hire. Golfers will be spoilt for choice with no less than 5 courses in the area.

Elliott Heads shoreline is part of the Woongarra National Marine Park and is perfect for dive enthusiasts. Dive sites around the area include the Barolin Rocks and the Cochrane Artificial Reef, created from sunken planes and vessels, only 2.5 miles offshore.

In addition to this, Elliott Heads is the ideal base for exploring the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Day cruises to Lady Musgrave Island depart from the nearby port, or take a trip to Lady Elliot Island for world renowned diving and snorkelling.

Nature lovers will also enjoy a visit to nearby Mon Repos to view turtles nest and hatch on the beach during the summer months.

Bonnie's Beach House is well appointed for a self-catering holiday and the general stores can supply you with the basic essentials. If you would rather someone else do the cooking, the local kiosks are a great place for takeaways, or head along to the bowls club for the bistro and happy hour on Friday-Sun nights. 10 minutes drive north of Elliott Heads is the popular Bargara Beach, with cafe's and restaurants and of course, the City of Bundaberg has a wide range of restaurants and takeaway options.
