Those seeking the highest standard of accommodation in a relaxed and private environment will be impressed. The private “Lakes” enclave is extremely safe for children to ride bike and play. The sub tropical landscape & private lakes are abundant with bird life that adds to the tranquil setting. It is overlooked by the majestic Mt Coolum, the second largest monolith (after ULURU), in Australia

The Lakes is home to a select group of exclusive family homes and Villa 16 is available for short term rental.

The villa offers ample space for up to 8 adults or 2 families. There are 3 main bedrooms upstairs all with views of the lake, 2 have King size beds, walkin wardrobes, ensuites and private balconys. The 3rd has 2 super singles (can be joined to make king size bed) and attached shower, plus there is an extra bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is open plan living overlooking the lake. The gourmet kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a cappucino maker, there is also BBQ outside. There is an indoor dining table or ialternatively dine alfresco by the lake, both tables seat 8. Relax in the designer lounge room, or watch one of the large selection of DVD's in the media room with plasma TV and media center. There is also a separate children's entertainment room, with Xbox and LCD TV (this room has a sofa bed and can be used as an extra bedroom if required). Downstairs there is also a full bathroom and a well appointed laundry. The house has wireless internet connected, and there is a fax/copier/printer just in case you need to do some work. Bring your Ipod with you as there is also a Bose SoundDock.

Guests of Villa 16 also have complete use of the motorised golf buggy, bicycles, tennis rackets, and even the use of a Toyota RAV4 Car (for a small daily hire fee), We can even arrange a driver if needed to take you out to a restaurant or to the Airport.

All Linen is provided and stays longer than a week include a mid stay clean, additional cleaning services are available on request.

If there is something extra you may want please let us know as we can accomodate most requests.

The Lakes is ideal for family holidays, golfing weekends, luxurious singles or couples weekends spent indulging in spa treatments, shopping and dining at the many restaurants that the Sunshine Coast has to offer, or simply get room service from the adjoining resort.

Babysitting can be arranged and you will also have access to the kids club if you want the children entertained during the day.
