This rammed earth and timber house set on 3 hectares of bush and bordered by a creek in winter, offers secluded, contemporary accommodation for up to 7 people.

Situated amongst the gum trees, the large deck is the perfect place to stop and soak up the sounds of the bush, enjoy a glass of wine and be visited by the local wildlife. Exmoor Escape provides the perfect setting for a relaxing Margaret River holiday.

Features of the house

To maximize the bush outlook and northern sun windows are a feature of the house. The open plan kitchen overlooks the wide verandah and deck, while the lounge room and log fire offer a cozy alternative in the winter months.

The bedrooms

The lofty upstairs bedroom looks out to the tree-tops.

There are two well-sized downstairs bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk and a single bed. Both with bush views.
