The property can accommodate a maximum of 9 persons in four bedrooms - 2 with QS Beds, 2 with Bunks. All bedlinen supplied, just bring your own towels. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, with the laundry having a second shower and toilet.

There are two living areas - one containing a 3 seater and a 4 seater couch TV, Video/DVD player with a selection of movies available; the other has a 3 seater sofa and a 2nd TV.

The modern kitchen has electric cooking, plus a microwave, with all cutlery and crockery supplied.

The property has reverse cycle airconditioning and fans supplied. There is a large rear entertainment deck with outdoor settings, large shade umbrella, BBQ and a lovely garden in a fully fenced backyard. There is ample parking for 5 cars and/or boat parking.

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS.

WEEKEND RATE(SHOULDER & OFF PEAK) IS FOR 3 NIGHTS

PEAK SEASON MINIMUM OF WEEK STAYS.
