Sanctuary Cove has a wonderful array of activities including fine dining, water sports, unique shopping etc. and the lively Surfers Paradise is only 20 minutes away by car.

Sanctuary Cove is situated on the North Shore of Queenslands’ Gold Coast.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master bedroom is huge with 2 Queen size beds leading onto large balcony with tranquil water views which stretch to the Tambourine Mountain hinterland. Spacious ensuite/spa bath and large Walk In Robe.

The house comes with quality linen, bedspreads and curtains

All bedrooms (3 in all) are generous in size. Self contained with ensuites and a feeling of absolute privacy. The Master is located on the first floor as is the second bedroom which has two (2) double beds. The 3rd.bedroom on the ground floor comprises a queen size bed with walk-in robe and ensuite – your own private wing.

There are four superb bathrooms which are fully tiled with loads of cupboard space, together with large vanities and mirrors. Bidet also available.

A spacious Lounge/Dining area opening to a very generous outdoor entertaining area. Absolute waterfront with jetty and floating pontoon, ideal for al fresco dining overlooks natural bushland reserve, this part of the waterfront is tranquil and picturesque.

All crockery and utensils that you may need..


Sitting Room - Generous, light and sunny overlooking gardens, ideal breakfast room or for reading and relaxing.


Library - A hideaway with water views as you read your favourite book or just enjoy the solace and the privacy.

Outdoors - Expansive waterfront entertaining area complete Pool with Spa and BBQ facilities. There is a fully equipped sound and speaker system, internal and external.

For your private use we provide a 4 seater Golf Buggy, ideal for the golfer to visit the one of the two world famous golf courses which are part of the Cove facilities. The “Palms Golf “course sits opposite the home. A short buggy ride away is the Marine Village which has much to offer.
