The open plan living design boasts a large gourmet kitchen with Caesarstone bench tops and all modern conveniences, e.g. fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Large relaxing couches adorn the living area equipped with Pay TV, stereo, DVD etc., along with indoor dining for 6. Views onto the private terrace and across to the beach can be enjoyed from every corner of the living area!

The beachfront terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining for 6 and a BBQ. This fully self-contained apartment is fitted with ceiling fans throughout, is fully air-conditioned and enjoys delightful sea breezes all day.

Yorkeys Knob

Yorkeys Knob Beach is acclaimed as one of the best beaches in Tropical North Queensland, only a 10 minute drive from Cairns International/Domestic Airport.
The beach offers over a mile of secluded golden sands fringed by swaying tropical palms and the blue waters of the Coral Sea. For your safety, the beach is patrolled and netted during the summer months, making the beach swimmable all year round.

Across from the life guards hut is a café and general store/newsagency offering the opportunity to sit and enjoy an expresso coffee while relaxing after your morning stroll or swim.

Yorkeys Attractions

Yacht Club
The Yorkeys Knob Yacht Club/Marina, built out over the water with an enormous deck covered in a huge sail cloth, is only a 5 min walk from your Beachfront Apartment.
This tropical open air restaurant is open all day seven days a week. A must visit during your stay at Yorkeys. Enjoy the flavours of some delicious local seafood or simply relax with a cool drink as you absorb the stunning natural scenery of the hinterland mountains, the sparkling waters of the Coral Sea with the activity of the yachts and boats coming and going at the Marina.
Sailing and diving trips to the Great Barrier Reef can also be arranged at the Yacht Club.

Golf
Yorkeys Knob is home to “Half Moon Bay Golf Club”.
This magnificent 18 hole golf course, one of the most beautiful in Tropical North Queensland, is surrounded by rainforest mountain ranges to the west and the Coral Sea to the east.
Pristine and picturesque, it supports a myriad of birdlife and offers superb greens to test any standard of golfer.

Kite Surfing
Yorkeys Knob Beach is one of the top 10 spots in Australia for ‘Kite Surfing’. It is the country’s mecca ‘kite boarding’ location during the winter months, with National Championships often being held at Yorkeys.
The Kite Season extends from March – November, with June, July and August being the peak months.
Lessons, Reef Trips, Safaris etc. all available through “Kite Rite” at Yorkeys Knob.
