This modern newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite) a large open plan living and dining room and a modern kitchen with Miele and Bosch applicances. Glass doors seperate the kitchen from a large covered deck with gourmet BBQ facilities and all this overlooks a large lush tropical garden. Modern furnishing. 2 car garage.

20 mins drive from airport and 15 mins from city centre, 5 mins walk to buses and shops, 15mins drive to Watsons Bay, Coogee Beach, Westfield Bondi Junction and Fox Studios.
