This delightful holiday home sleeps up to 8 people. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. This property has recently been totally refurbished and boasts new beds, quality mattresses, doonas, blankets and kitchen facilities. To top it off, it has a secure backyard with fabulous private entertaining area - sit back with a drink and a relaxing barbeque after a day at the beach.

Inverloch and Surrounding Areas

Inverloch provides a choice of eating cafes including two hotels, a fantastic children’s playground, a safe toddler beach and easy access to the public boat ramp.

There is plenty to do and see apart from swimming, surfing, sailing, waterskiing, sailboarding, fishing and walking both the inlet and surf beaches.

- Eagles Nest, a spectacular rock carved out by the sea. Bring your camera for great photos from Schack Bay (5min drive)
- Townsends Bluff walking trip with wide inlet views and great birdwatching (about 40min walk)
- Cape Liptrap lighthouse at Venus Bay (20min drive)
- Phillip Island boasts many attractions - the Blowhole, Big Flower Farm, vineyards and wineries, A Maze'N Things, fairy penguin parade, feeding of the pelicans, seals and beaches (30min drive)
- Wilsons Promontory National Park is breathtaking, and is the southern most point of mainland Australia. Walk one of the many beaches, including the famous Squeaky Beach. The ideal day trip. (1hr drive )
- Wonthaggi provides the opportunity to tour the historic State Coal Mine. Venture down into the workings of the mine (15min drive)
- Korumburra, location of the historical Coal Creek Heritage Village
- Kilcunda Rail Trail (20min drive)
- Gippsland Wine Trail – choice of wineries
- Take a trip to Koonwarra and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at Koonwarra General Store and Cafe (15min drive)

Booking Conditions

Christmas holidays: 1 week minimum (Saturday to Saturday) $1300 per week

Easter: 4 night minimum $200 per night

*$50 inconvenience fee and/or one nights accommodation if property cannot be rebooked for same period - applies to Christmas and Easter period.

Other periods - minimum 2 night stay $125 per night or weekly period $700

Deposit: 50% on booking.
