This modern holiday home sleeps a maximum of 7 in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. ALL LINEN IS INCLUDED.
Master bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite and walk-in robe.
2nd bedroom with queen size bed and built-in robe.
3rd bedroom with single bed, twin bunk and built-in robe -
(3rd bedroom has small TV and DVD).
2nd and 3rd bedroom share 2nd bathroom with separate toilet.
The private pontoon will readily accept a boat of up to 6 metres in length (excluding the extra length taken up by the outboard and bowsprit). Please advise your boat length when reserving your accommodation.
Patio/Verandah faces NORTH shielding guests from the harsh western sun and prevailing southerlies.
Patio features outdoor setting for 8, sun lounge and 4 burner BBQ/Roaster with side Wok burner.
Special feature - DOUBLE GARAGE measuring internally 8m long x 6m wide with 2.7m high roller door clearance. Comfortably fits up to a 5.5m boat on trailer (with ample height clearance - canopy up or down depending on boat design) along with the family vehicle. Check length of boat from drawbar to outboard in extreme down position.
$245 per night all year round for up to 7 persons. Rates valid to 31.12.13
ONE NIGHT FREE for bookings of 7 nights or more = $1,470 per week (6 @ $245) or $210 per night.
2 night minimum stay. $250 Security Bond. Early check in - Late check out.
No cleaning fee. No hidden charges. No Pets allowed.

Long Weekends and Yorke Peninsula Field Days - 3 night minimum stay
Easter - 3 night minimum stay
Christmas - 5 night minimum stay between 21.12.13 and 20.1.14
ALL LINEN INCLUDED - quilts, sheets, p/cases, towels, bathmats, tea towels etc.
Electric blankets on queen size beds.
A deposit is required once booking is confirmed.
The balance, together with $250 bond, is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
