We cater for EIGHT (8) people BUT will allow for FAMILIES with 'LITTLIES' that can bunk down on 'trundle beds' if needed allowing up to a TOTAL of TEN (10) people.
The usual ARRANGEMENT is for 2 - 3 FAMILIES with kids;
BUT AS A RULE we will NOT accommodate more than 6 adults!
The sleeping configuration of this property is:
* the main bedroom has a Queen bed,
* one downstairs bedroom has two Single beds
* the other downstairs bedroom has one Bunk bed (singles),
* and the upstairs retreat has the double bed.

The layout of the house includes a retreat upstairs and three bedrooms down stairs. It sleeps eight people and comfortably accommodates two families. The property has been modernised and includes a new indoor / outdoor kitchen and deck.

This easy care beach house provides a restful ambiance for barbecue evenings and entertaining. Beautiful Parrakeet's and Rosella's are likely to feed from our bird-feeder as you enjoy a cool drink and feel the sunset after your activities for the day.

The cycle path runs directly past this holiday property and meanders in either direction to Huskisson or Vincentia where you will find specialty shops regular outlets restaurants and cafes.
You will be close to a range of facilities with the beach, boat ramp and shopping centres and restaurants that cater for most cuisines are within a comfortable (walking) distance. An indoor heated swimming pool and gymnasium complex is close by. Naturally you could make use of the outdoor sport and recreation facilities on offer that includes fishing surfing golf or outstanding scuba diving in the pristine Marine Park.
