The bungalow comprises two lounge areas, two dining areas, three large bedrooms, (two double beds and a queen bed), a large timber lined attic with dormer windows which also serves asa rumpus come study and sleeping area, (two single beds), two bath rooms, a laundry and separate toilet. It has expansive bay views to the north from most rooms and southerly ocean views from the south attic window. There are two north facing decks one covered by veranda with an outdoor setting and Weber BBQ , both with stunning northerly bay views.
There is also an original entry to the house facing south which shelters against hot northerly winds in the summer. This bungalow is child and pet friendly, its worn charm will not expose every new scratch. It easily accommodates eight people providing privacy and group settings in a number of different configurations. It has a large fire place, period electric cooking facilities from the 70's comprising a warmer, two ovens four hot plates and a separate micro wave. There is no dishwasher and the appliances are dated, so if you are one to have all the mod cons then you will be disappointed, but you won't be disappointed with the location and views. It is 10 minutes walk to the San Remo Shops, a selection of beaches and a fishing Jetty. From here it is a short drive to the renowned surfing and fishing beaches of Phillip island, the Cape Woolami tourist walk , the koala park, the penguins, the seal colony at the Nobbies and many other holiday attractions.
