Fabulous views from the lounge room, kitchen, family room, balconies and large covered deck. You can hear the waves, you can't quite see the sand but you can see when the surf is up and watch the surfers do their thing!

Ideal for 2-3 families, with 12 beds, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has polished floorboards throughout and the furniture is tasteful and comfortable.

Upstairs there is a main bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, a queen size bedroom and a large bedroom containing two king single beds. Also upstairs is a second bathroom, a large lounge/dining room and an enormous granite kitchen/family room that leads out onto an entertaining deck. All of the entertaining areas upstairs have views and lead out onto a baclony or deck.

Downstairs contains a bedroom with 2 bunks (4 beds) and a very comfortable trundle bed(good innerspring mattress), a huge rumpus room (with sofa bed), bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. It's just a casual 90 metre stroll down the hill to the beach.

Attractions at or near Forresters Beach include:

- mini Putt Putt & golf driving range
- acquatic Centre
- shops & cafes at Terrigal ( a 5 minute drive)
- shops at Bateau Bay ( 5 minute drive )
- nature wallks

NOTE: Although there are 12 beds in the house, the maximum number of adults that will be accepted is 6. Remaining 6 beds may be used only by children. This house is in a peaceful setting where excessive noise is not appropriate. Excessive noise will result in immediate termination of your stay and LOSS OF BOND.
