It's a kid's paradise with an indoor play room, an outdoor enclosed rumpus room, an outdoor deck perfect for al fresco dining, playground and a fully fenced back yard. Naturally there's heating (open fire place), cooling (air conditioning & ceiling fans), loads of toys and BBQ!

Inside there is a kids playroom inside full of toys, games, DVDs and Video's with comfortable couch, bean bags and chairs with its own TV etc. Outside there is a basket ball stand and play equipment to keep them entertained for hours. Large area to ride bike and scooters. A outdoor shower with hot and cold water to shower after a fun day at the beach.

Only need to pack your clothes and towels.

Every thing is provided beautiful bed linen, pillows and large doona's for the beds. Warm fluffy rugs for the couches. The kitchen is well stock with lovely dinnerware and glasses, platters and cooking equipment, electric pizza oven and coffee plunger. The basic salt, pepper, oils, glade wrap, foil, baking paper, washing tablets and washing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar etc is provided. The laundry has a large washing machine and dryer with washing powder provided.
