On the next level there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dinning area for 6, lounge area with Cable television/ DVD player, stereo/ CD player, powder room/ toilet and balcony with table/ chairs and harbor views.

The top floor houses the master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite with seperate shower, spa bath, double vanity, seperate toilet, television/ DVD player, phone/intercom, walk in robes and balcony with table and chairs/ harbor and ocean views.

There is plenty of fun things to do and see whilst staying at Beachside views. It's just a few minutes walk to magnificent white sandy beaches, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, pubs and restaurants.
Close by there is Yanchep national park, Carramar public golf course, Joondalup golf course, major shopping centres, weekend markets, and the Alkimos shipwreak. Public transport links to the city are close by.
