KOKOMO is a fantastic two bedroom waterfront house nestled on the waters edge at Neverfail Bay in beautiful Berowra Waters. Berowra Waters is only one hours drive from Sydney.
If you are looking for a peaceful setting in a well equipped house where nothing has been overlooked, Kokomo is for you. Nestled in amongst an array of native gums, blueberry ash, geebungs, Australian grass trees growing next to huge sandstone boulders, Kokomo takes you to a restful place as soon as you arrive. The prolific native vegetation attracts a variety of native birds, brown doves, lorikeets, rosellas, lyrebirds, native pigeons, kookaburras, kingfishers, black cockatoos to name but a few.
whilst out on your pontoon boat or kayak you will also come across pelicans, egrets, ducks and other water birds.
Take the F3 off the Pacific Highway and then the Berowra exit. Follow signs to Berowra Waters. You will be greeted at Berowra Waters Marina and taken to KOKOMO. (about 10 min. by boat). Once introduced to KOKOMO you will be left to enjoy this quiet peaceful retreat.
Large decks overlook the water and your private pontoon. You can relax, swim, or fish from your jetty at KOKOMO. Included with KOKOMO is your own luxurious pontoon boat and NO LICENCE IS REQUIRED. Enjoy cruising the bays and beaches, having a fish or visiting the local well known restaurants. While some go fishin and exploring others can just lay back and relax in this beautiful setting.

Inclusions and setting

All linen is supplied. Coffee, tea, sugar and basic condiments, are supplied with KOKOMO. There is a gas barbeque on the front deck. The large decks overlooking the water have teak recliners, sun umbrellas, tables and chairs. Spacious pontoon boat included in price(remember NO licence required). Explore the river in absolute comfort and style. Visit bays beaches and restaurants or just relax and fish.
For the energetic, behind KOKOMO is national park and you can bushwalk to the top of the ridge which has expansive views of the waterways below. Bushwalking is moderate, suitable clothing essential.

For something more casual take the pontoon boat back to Berowra Waters marina to the Fish Cafe.
