A Sydney six bedroom waterfront holiday home spread over four(4) levels. No other holiday house so close to Sydney can compare with the size, style and location of The Boat House. The Boat house on Hawkesbury boasts an indoor heated pool, rooftop entertainment deck with amazing waterviews, sun recliners/umbrellas, and jaccuzzi. It has huge BBQ decks, games area, a library area and much more. Each of the six bedrooms has its own spa and ensuite. This is the ideal place to spend time with your friends. Fully equipped large kitchen, 3 fridges with ice makers, double oven, and more. Fantastic water views from each level, looking out to over the huge expanse of the Hawkesbury River. Opulently fitted out in Balinese style furniture. Bring a boat as the property is well equipped with a wharf and a mooring. Minimum of 8 guests must book a weekend, maximum is 12 guests.

THINGS TO DO AT THE BOATHOUSE
Most people don\'t want to leave the house as it is such a relaxing and beautiful space to be in, and has so much to enjoy. However for longer stays you can take a walk along the waterfront to two beautiful beaches. Catch the ferry from the public wharf to Dangar Island where you can walk on sealed tracks around the island. Or go back to Brooklyn to the restaurants and coffee shops. Brooklyn also is the starting point for a number of bush walks.
The water taxi can be called to the Boat House to take you to Cottage Point Inn, Berowra Waters restaurant or to Peats Bite.
If you have brought your own boat the expansive waterways
of the Hawkesbury, Cowan and Pittwater offer hours of boating pleasure. After a day on the water come home to what has been descibed by guests as \'the most beautiful house in the most beautiful location that I will ever stay\'.
