Description

Blue Waters Beach House has just been fully renovated with a large open plan kitchen/living area with TV, DVD, Stereo, Reverse cycle Air-conditioning and fireplace.

The Jarrah kitchen is brand new and includes a dishwasher, microwave.

Three bedrooms including master with king bed and ensuite, 2nd with queen and third with two single beds.

The main bathroom has plenty of space with washing machine.

There is nine meters of window across the front of the house leading onto a large deck with 180-degree views so there are plenty of spots to enjoy the ever-changing views and to feed the very friendly Rosellas.

The house backs on to the Cape Liptrap National Park so there is plenty of wild life including Rosellas, Kookaburras, Wrens, Cockatoos, Wombats, Koalas, Echidnas, Wallaby's and Possums are abundant. There is also a big population of Sea Birds and Sea life; there are plenty of fish, Dolphins, Seals and if you are very lucky a whale will spend a few days in Waratah Bay.

It's a great spot to get into the water whether it's swimming, boating, kayaking, snorkelling or diving for abalone and crays. There is a great beach in front of the house and a five-minute walk to Walkerville South will get you to the stunning sandy beach where the Historical Lime Kilns are situated. At the turn of the century ships would come from Melbourne to collect high quality Lime to be used as cement for building. There are also several bush walks that begin at Walkerville North through the dense natural vegetation and include lookouts and historical information.

The houses contain everything you would expect of a normal rental house. Sheets are provided for the bedding.

However you will need to bring

· Bath & Tea towels,
· All food including Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar,
· Also TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, FLY SPRAY & INSECT ROPELLANT.
· Any detergents you may require for cleaning

Guest Reviews
Bluewaters is a fabulous place for a weekend or longer stay. The house is perfect for a couple or small family with comfortable beds, tasteful decor and awesome views across the bay to the Prom. Walkerville itself is a gorgeous spot - perfect for getting away from it all and getting back to nature with abundant wildlife and sounds of the sea to send you to sleep at night. Thanks Richard for a lovely stay!

A comfortable house in an idyllic setting. The view from the house is spectacular, plenty of local attractions out the front door, and within easy reach of The Prom for a day trip.

Dear Richard

We couldn't have enjoyed our mini-break at Blue Waters more. The beauty of Walkerville and the surrounding area was just breathaking and you have captured a magnificent vantage point to take in the ever-changing moods of Wilson's Prom.

At Blue Waters we found peace, relaxation, and comfort - what more could you ask for? The house itself was wonderful and we had everything we needed. There was only one problem and that was having to come home!

Thank you

Katrina & Damian
