Architecturally designed by Studio9. Four bedrooms, three brand new bathrooms, high level finishes. Brand new kitchen with European stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, and benchtops. Huge second storey decking with views to hills, beach and sea. Shade sails, 2 separate and soundproof living areas, 2 split system air con, extra kitchenette downstairs. Bring your iPod, Music Port and connection available, large plasma TV. Close to the beach with a fully enclosed rear yard for pets on holiday and a playgym for the kids. Hot outdoor shower. Front and rear lawns and decks. Polished boards.
Environmentally friendly features. House runs on rainwater. Greywater recycled to irrigate front and back lawns. Electricity supplied by solar panels. Evergreen cool glass to keep out the heat, full set of solar control blinds and solar hot water.
2 queen size beds in main bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and overhead fans. Upstairs ensuite with full bath and luxurious shower. Bedroom 3 & 4 with own separate toilet and full bathroom complete with full size bath for the kids. Bedroom 3 sleeps 3 in a bunk and a single bed. Bedroom 4 sleeps 2 in a bunk with a mattress for an extra child. Ideal house for two families, with bathroom for each couple and one for the kids. Comfortable for up to 8 adults without children(7 if one person doesn't want to sleep on a top bunk!).

A lovely part of Carrickalinga. Rolling hills behind and North Bay beach to the front. Watch dolphins from the deck. Fish from the beach or explore the rock pools. Normanville is 3km away with a supermarket, takeaways, cafes and a hotel. Explore the local wineries or play a round of golf at Lady Bay Golf Course. Spend a day at Deep Creek Conservation Park, with plenty of walks and scenery. With windows on three sides of the main living area, it's a great warm place to watch the weather in winter.
