Bedroom 3 & 4 with own separate toilet and full bathroom complete with full size bath for the kids. Bedroom 3 sleeps 3 in a bunk and a single bed. Bedroom 4 sleeps 2 in a bunk with a mattress for an extra child. Ideal house for two families, with bathroom for each couple and one for the kids. Comfortable for up to 8 adults without children(7 if one person doesn't want to sleep on a top bunk!).

A lovely part of Carrickalinga. Rolling hills behind and North Bay beach to the front. Watch dolphins from the deck. Fish from the beach or explore the rock pools. Normanville is 3km away with a supermarket, takeaways, cafes and a hotel. Explore the local wineries or play a round of golf at Lady Bay Golf Course. Spend a day at Deep Creek Conservation Park, with plenty of walks and scenery. With windows on three sides of the main living area, it's a great warm place to watch the weather in winter.

Discounts
January holidays - week starting 18th January - last January school holidays time available. Normally $2600. Book by the end of May for a $200 discount. $2400 for seven nights, including cleaning.
