This 3 storey superior property has uninterrupted beach, ocean and mountain views along beautiful Pambula Beach, all the way to Merimbula. The upper level contains the study, master bedroom with a luxurious latex king size bed, wide screen HD TV & DVD, ensuite with spa and large walk-in robe. At night, the lights of Merimbula sparkle across the ocean as you sip your champagne in the spa. Oh wow is the only way to describe guests' reactions to the view when sitting at the study desk.
The middle level consists of two large and separate living areas and spacious fully equipped kitchen, with ocean views from every point. The family room and meals area open out onto the balcony for optional outdoor dining overlooking the sea.
The spacious lounge with cathedral style ceilings offers a separate entertaining area.
The lower level has yet another comfortable living area and kitchenette with huge picture windows overlooking the garden which attracts many native birds, parrots and kangaroos.
