This recently renovated three bedroom cottage is only a short, one minute stroll to North Avalon beach where guests have access to a world famous surf break, rock and beach fishing and ocean pool. Take a leisurely morning stroll along the beach and start the day with an awe inspiring sunrise.

The home is neat and clean with accommodation comprising a large open plan living area, three bedrooms, modern bathroom and internal laundry. The living area features timber floors, gorgeous hand made timber and leather furniture and pool table. The bedrooms have a fun, beachy feel and can sleep up to seven adults. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has double bunks plus a single bed.

The home is located in the quite residential enclave of North Avalon.

A short 1 minutes stroll to the beach, and only a 10 minute, level walk to Avalon village for cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops, this property is a unique and rare offering to people who love holidaying close to the beach.

The kids learnt to surf in an hour(ask for Midge in the surf shop in Avalon Town centre) & the walk to the lighthouse was another highlight.
