Avalon Beach Retreat is the quintessential beachside holiday home and is only one of a few properties on the Barrenjoey Peninsula in this affordable price range.

This recently renovated three bedroom cottage is only a short, one minute stroll to North Avalon beach where guests have access to a world famous surf break, rock and beach fishing and ocean pool. Take a leisurely morning stroll along the beach and start the day with an awe inspiring sunrise.

The home is neat and clean with accommodation comprising a large open plan living area, three bedrooms, modern bathroom and internal laundry. The living area features timber floors, gorgeous hand made timber and leather furniture and pool table. The bedrooms have a fun, beachy feel and can sleep up to seven adults. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has double bunks plus a single bed.

The home is located in the quite residential enclave of North Avalon.

A short 1 minutes stroll to the beach, and only a 10 minute, level walk to Avalon village for cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops, this property is a unique and rare offering to people who love holidaying close to the beach.

We have had a wonderful, relaxing time at your cottage. It certainly felt very much like a retreat-away from it all, but very rewarding for all of us. Perfect location from the beach & town. I came here from Ireland to visit my son & his girlfriend and they kindly bought me here for the weekend. Your place is wonderful and we all had a great time. I am sure you will be hearing from my son and his friends again and maybe even me.

WE have had a wonderful time here-the house has been the perfect place for us to spend some quality time with family. We have particularly enjoyed the \"extras\" such as detailed instructions on how to use everything, internet access..... We will be recommending Avalon Beach Retreat to our friends & hope we\'ll return ourselves one day.

What a fantastic place! We all want to come back and live in Avalon & are leaving very reluctantly! The house is fantastic & great the feel so \'at home\'. We had friends visit from Sydney & they were very jealous.

The kids learnt to surf in an hour(ask for Midge in the surf shop in Avalon Town centre) & the walk to the lighthouse was another highlight.
