The property is not suitable for small children.

Uninterrupted, views of the beautiful South Coast and across to Pidgeon House Mountain, on the Bundawang Ranges, will take your breath away.

Ocean View Cottage is situated close to Berry's shops, restaurants and wineries, and within easy reach of Seven Mile Beach, Jervis Bay, Kangaroo Valley, Fitzroy Falls, Minamurra Rainforest and even the Southern Highlands there is always plenty to do.. or.. you can simply relax on your private deck set in owners 4 acres of gardens and rainforest.

Those looking for more energetic activity can spend their days at the beach - either at the breathtaking Seven Mile Beach or the famous white sand beaches of Jervis Bay, with canoeing on nearby rivers, horse riding or bushwalking in surrounding national parks!

The Accommodation

Ocean View Cottage is an architect designed accommodation and comprises of a large open plan lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The entire ground floor has a ceramic flooring.

Also downstairs is a modern wet room consisting of a shower, wc, sink and vanity unit.

Upstairs are two well proportioned bedrooms with polished wooden floors. The main bedroom contains one queen size bed and single bed the second bedroom contains a further two single beds and also has a T.V and DVD Player.

Outside is a large private deck providing 180 degree views from Berry and Coolangatta Mountain across Jervis Bay and down to Pidgeon House Mountain............ Breathtaking!!
