  • "This was a well equiped holiday home, perfect to access the snow fields about half hour drive and the yarragobilly caves also a short drive It was peaceful and serene to be so close to the lake and surrounded by mountains, short stroll to the local stores , we will be back to visit again in the future"

  • "Stayed at the Kabahna in July 2007, house was very roomy for the 7 of us, very clean, about 40 minute drive to the snow fields, would stay again next year. Thanks Kim for letting us stay in your house."

  • "Eight people in our family stayed in the Kabahna in Talbingo in July 2007 for a week. We enjoyed skiing and toboganning at Mount Selwyn which was handy to Talbingo. The home was clean and comfortable with reverse cycle airconditioning, electric blankets and a wonderful wood fire which we loved. And lots of lovely warm doona's. The back room with large table was a great spot for family games, meals and just enjoying the water and mountain view, with kangaroos and birds, and sun shining in. Just out the back were the country club tennis courts with rackets and balls available, and a half court basketball near the school at end of street. Snow gear and clothing hire was easy at the talbingo shops hire shop. Kabahna had everything we needed and was a great base for our skiing holiday but was also a nice spot just to veg!."
    Elizabeth, July 2007

  • "We had a great time at Kabhana with family and friends. The house is located at most pictursque place with excellent views to hills and lake. We went around to see few places but spent most of the time at house to just relax, play with kids and catch up with friends. The house is fully equiped with every household thing a family with kids would need. It was like being at home. Bar-be-que evenings at varanda are most memorable. Would recommend anybody who wants to have a quality time with family and enjoy natural beauty. Would love to go back again perhaps in winter."
