Great views

This is an amazing property, with great views day and night. The owner was quick to respond to requests. Beds were comfortable, great linens and towels. Lots of space for relaxing.

Girls weekend

The home is beautiful and unique and has everything we needed. Very fun to be entertained watching the skyline while relaxing in the hot tub. Or watching the sunrise over the mountains while sipping coffee on the roof top deck. Walking to the hiking trail heads was easy with varying levels of difficultly. Over all Really allowed time for rest and relaxation.

Beautiful Home with an AMAZING View & Pool

We needed a house for a month during a remodel. Marvin, the owner was amazing to work with. We need a beautiful heated pool for my wife's physical therapy. Marvin made sure we had a beautiful heated pool. And can we say what a beautiful view he has from his back yard. At night you see the city lit up while sitting poolside or swimming. He also has an amazing view from a rooftop veranda. The house is very charming. you feel like you are at a Tuscan retreat center in Italy. There is so much beautiful stone work throughout the house. The master shower is like being at a spa. There is a rain shower as well as 4 wall shower heads to massage your body. The house is in a nice gated community and is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is virtually no traffic. He has a large 2 car garage as well as a driveway that can obcordate 4 other cars. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

A month on the South Mountain

House was fantastic great design and beautiful location. Owner communicated with us often and was responsive to needs. A few items need to be fixed but we made a list and they were responsive. We had a great time and would definitely do it again.

Great stay with Awesome Views

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The house is well appointed and we greatly enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. The views, however, were the crowning jewel to this home. The patios provided a beautiful view of the downtown Phoenix area while still being close to restaurants and other things we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

This location offers the best view of the city and of the valley in the entire valley. It is stone quiet at night, and the stars are bright - all the best of our Southwest living. It is also fantastic to see the monsoons move in over the valley from this location. All of my guests love the house (I have many regular returning guests) - but the view is what it's all about - you can't stop gazing at the valley, and the house it's self offers every amenity you want in a luxury extended stay rental home.

If you'd like to experience real Southwest living - this is a great opportunity. This property is surrounded by natural Sonoran Desert in all it's beauty. Watch incredible sunsets and hear the coyotes howl at night. Trailheads into South Mountain Park - a 22,000 acre preserve are just steps away from the house. Try taking horses on the trails - also available close by.
