Iluka Bluff is a popular beach for family enjoyment and is patrolled during peak holiday periods. Bundajong National Park has many picnic spots with walking trails to numerous scenic beach spots that are truly unspoilt. Iluka is ideal for swimming, surfing, fishing, boating, golf, bowls.

The Iluka Fisherman's Co-op on Iluka Bay provides fresh or cooked seafood. There are licensed restaurants at Sedger's Reef Hotel, Iluka Bowls Club and The Iluka Golf Club.


Iluka NSW, 17 km off the Pacific Highway, is situated only 2.5 hours from the Queensland border and the Gold Coast. Iluka is 4 hours south of Brisbane and 9 hours drive north from Sydney.

The house has three bedrooms all with ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony with garden views.

A lovely airy & spacious waterfront house with outdoor patio with Weber BBQ for simple dining. Ample room for four people including undercover parking for two cars plus a boat.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy: Less than two weeks cancellation notice: Refunds will only be made
if the booking is fully rebooked.
Refunds will incur a $50 admin. fee.

Excess Cleaning Fees: The property must be left in the same condition as found on arrival. Management reserves the right to charge a cleaning/damages fee based on the cleaners report ie BBQ's, dishes, fridge,shower,floors etc must be cleaned.

Payment: Balance of payment, by cash, is required on arrival.

Linen: To be supplied by the tenant unless hiring arranged.

Number of Guests: Should not exceed four (4).

Pets: No Pets Allowed.
