WALK ONLY 150 metre to Collingwood Beach and walk past 20 houses (Or on the waterfront path) to shops and restaurants. Boat ramp is also close. A fully self contained 3 bedroom double storey home, (which sleeps 8) There is a with large entertaining deck and 2 x outdoor settings and gas BBQ as well as a wood bar b que in the back yard.

HOUSE CONFIGURATION
UPSTAIRS (sleeps 4) Main Bedroom QB, 2nd bedroom has Bunk Bed (Sleeps 2), 3 way bathroom (separate toilet)
lounge with TV/s/CD/VCR/DVD/separate speakers, fully equipped kitchen & dining room seating for 8 people and a cosy FIREPLACE for cooler months. there are 2 bar b ques :-upstairs is a gas operated bar-b-que and the other is a wood bar-b-que situated in the back yard.

DOWNSTAIRS is a large room Queen size bed and bunks (sleeps 4) a lounge area with 2nd TV, there is a laundry with shower & toilet and garage. Ideal for two families.

The laundry is equipped with washing machine and there is an outside line in the back yard.

The house is positioned across the road from the beach and a short stroll to popular Vincentia shops, restaurants and churches. Vincentia also has a Bi-Lo supermarket open all day and late into the evening. Walk to Huskisson restaurants and boutique shopping via the beachfront walking & cycle path & Moona Moona lagoon.
