Three bedroom beach house (with 270 degree ocean views) in peaceful fishing village surrounded by Tomaree National Park and beautiful coastline.
Views from front verandah are over Kingsley surf beach with Stockton/Birubi beaches in the distance. Watch the spectacular sunset from the verandah every evening.
The house is well equipped and will comfortably accommodate two families. There is also a one car garage. This property features two queen beds, four single beds, two bathrooms, a large open plan lounge/dining area which opens onto the front verandah. Tennis courts are available at the end of the street
You can watch the whales from the verandah from June to September. Dolphins can be spotted from the living room at any time of year!
All this within a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney

Kingsley beach is a hidden treasure - very quiet and secluded with good surf and surrounded by National Park (so no houses lining the back of the beach!=). Fishing off the rocks is also recommended.
Boat Harbour beach is a short stroll away - sheltered and ideal for children with shallow water, little surf and lots of rocky places to explore. Also good snorkelling and a great fishing spot with boat ramp.
Boat Harbour is surrounded by many other surf beaches (Stockton, Birubi, One Mile, Samurai), Stockton Beach sand-dunes and Anna Bay shops and restaurants.
Less than 10 minutes drive to Port Stephens, Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay loads of restaurants, cinema and shopping.
Local attractions include Port Stephens, Stockton sand-dunes, Tomaree National Park, 4WD tours, sailing, surfing, dolphin cruises, whale watching, koala spotting, fishing, horse riding, golf. You can learn to surf at Anna bay surf school located at One Mile beach or try your hand at sandboarding at Stockton beach. Oakdale Farm is recommended for children as is the Shark and Ray centre.
For the golfers there is Nelson Bay Golf Course with its resident kangaroos, Horizons Golf Course at Salamander Bay and the new Pacific Dunes Golf Course at Medowie.
