Framed by magnificent stands of bamboo, this magnificent Thai Style private residence is truly unique. Built in Kallimantan and shipped to Australia to be reconstructed, Aamari has all the charm of the Far East. Immediately guests feel like they have travelled to a fascinating distant land.

Complete with a huge swimming pool, thatched roof entertaining pavillion and generous sun lounge areas. Aamari has been thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and to maximise outdoor living.

Located just five minutes from Byron's Main Beach, Aamari features linked architect-designed Thai pavilions with seamless internal and external living. Soaring ceilings and separate wings provide accommodation for many people with a great feeling of space. The living areas are also separate, giving ample room for everyone to play.

Adults and children alike love the superbly landscaped gardens, manicured lawns and many shady palms, heliconias, jacaranda, magnolia trees, tropical fruit-bearing trees and wonderful bird colonies.

The fully equipped huge gourmet kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home and features a wonderful built-in day bed.

All this space and tranquility but just minutes from Byron Bay, offering an international standard of entertainment and food, world class beaches, great surf and golf and the unique Byron culture.

Accommodation Features House and Studio

Main bedroom tower with views across the lawn, a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, Thai style shower, meditation area and private, external spa.

Separate bedroom wing with three bedrooms comprising one queen bed plus two single beds in each of the other two rooms (six beds in total in this wingl). There is also a double shower and bathroom.

Huge open plan kitchen and dining room featuring a large built-in day bed.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped.
Breakfast deck - perfect for the lazy breakfaster.

Media room with huge, comfy lounges, TV/DVD/CD which opens up completely to a wonderful covered deck with wide steps leading down to the lawn and heading out to the pool.

Accommodation can be extended to include a separate Studio.
Fully self-contained with Queen bed and en-suite, Sofa, TV/DVD/CD, access to the pool area plus private balcony overlooking the serene garden.

Broadband on request and satellite TV.
Generous gas BBQ.
Fully equipped laundry.
Ample onsite parking including a separate two-vehicle carport.
Pets are welcome whenever possible, but with written prior permission.

Shoulder - Autumn/Spring $3850 per week
