Leave the crowd behind. Relax, refresh and unwind. Our three bedroom split level home is freshly renovated, nestled behind sand dunes on the Esplanade at Surf Beach. A perfect retreat for families, friends or couples.

When at the house, the only thing separating you from the secluded beach, rock pools, fishing and good surfing are the beautiful sand dunes, abundant with wildlife. From 'The Dunes' it is a short drive to Cowes or San Remo and only 10 minutes drive to the penguins.

The newly developed outdoor entertaining decking and bbq area is perfect for the warmer weather. The spacious deck directly looks over the dunes and at the right time of year, the Shearwaters nesting in their hundreds merely metres away.

The reverse cycle A/C and fireplace makes 'The Dunes' an ideal retreat during all seasons.

Surf Beach is perfect for families as low tide exposes the rock pools, and it tends to be more protected and less crowded than other beaches on the Island. And of course the surf is great, whether it be the point or shore breaks!
