Situated overlooking River Derwent on the eastern shore 30 mins from Hobart.
This magnificent property although only a short drive from Hobart and the airport is a great place to ease the stress of the busy world.

Quoted prices on calendar are for 2 people. Extra people priced at $40 - $50 per night per person.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The rental charged is for domestic use only and not commercial use. This rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning,garbage removal, wear and tear etc... Use contrary to this will result in termination of tenancy.

  • "Can there be a better location for a wind down holiday and aget together with valued friends and family? I will never forget the views. The photos don't do justice to either the views orthe property. The house was beautifully presented and the extra touches extending from wine and cheese to welcome us through to kindling and fire lighters made us feel very welcome. When you die if you have been a very very good girl(or boy) you go to Saltcotes!!!"

  • "Our group of 10 old friends (of 40+years) known as the Aged Dazed and Confused Tour Party had the most marvellous time at Saltcote Manor! It was everything and more - the views, the winds, the sunsets,the comfy beds, and open fires- all added up to make it a fantastic time. Lots of laughter, music and fine Tasmanian wines a bonus. The secret is out... it is a must to go there."
