"Lakeview" Cottage situated on the shores of Berringer Lake with scenic views of the lake from every room, features polished timber floors and a large verandah to enjoy a cool afternoon drink and watch the sunset over Berringer Lake or you may prefer to dangle a hook & catch your own dinner ( Berringer is famous for its giant flathead & pristine oysters).
The home has 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 queen size and 1 double bed & 1 set of bunk beds). There's a separate lounge room & a combined kitchen & dining room with amazing lake views from both these rooms. Plus TV/DVD/Video,CD player, gas BBQ & fenced in backyard. " Lakeview" is ideal for families who enjoy the beach life.
We have only 2 pricing periods for letting one is peak season which is from 1st December until 1st May and the other is off season which is from 1st May until November 30th. Pets welcome on application.
Local Attractions
Situated right on the crystal clear waters of Berringer Lake & close to the famous surf of Green Island, there's something for everybody at Berringer Lake.
Berringer Lake offers a choice of a short walk to calm, bayside beaches or rolling surf depending on which side you stroll to. Boating and fishing opportunities abound as Lake Conjola is nearby and there are boatramps at Bendalong to get you on the ocean. The whole village is surrounded by National Park so the wildlife is abundent (kangaroos in the streets, parrots & rosellas eating out of your hand) and there are beautiful walks to be had in every direction.
The local shop provides newspapers and magazines, basic groceries and take away food, great hamburgers and chips!!! Only 5 min drive is Bendalong shop which have a larger range of food as well as beer, wine and spirits.
There is plenty to do in the township of Milton (20min drive sth) with antique shops, cafe's and gift shops. Further south(5min) in Ulladulla with restruants, large grosery stores, funland and fresh seafood at the fishermans wharf.
Pigeon house mountain, a famous climb is just south of Ulladulla.

From Sydney or Canberra, Berringer Lake is a approx 3 hour drive.
Just 40min drive south of Nowra situated between Sussex Inlet and Ulladulla you will find this amazing unspoiled coastal town famous for its fishing, diving and surfing.
The Bendalong turnoff is on your left just after an overtaking lane. Travel 14 Ks down the Bendalong road and turn at the Manyana turnoff at the end of this road turn right and stay on this road and it will bring to Berringer Lake.
