Clarence Cottage

Only a 10 minute walk down a country lane to the upmarket Leura shops, train stations, transport, cafes, restaurants and bushwalks.

This delightful 2 storey cedar cottage has a verandah on each level overlooking the bush.

Situated in a quiet cul de sac looking back at the twinkling lights of Leura Mall at night.

The house is decorated in antique bric a brac.

We are members of the Blue Mountains Association which entitles us to present to our customers a booklet of discount vouchers for the duration of your stay.

Description of the top level of the house

On the top floor are the 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a bath , dining room with lounge and lounge chair and kitchen.

The verandah off the dining room has the gas bbq.

There are 2 double antique beds both with electric blankets.

There is a large bathroom with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave and even a popcorn maker!

There is instant gas heating.

Description of the lower level

This is a very large lounge area. One side is a more formal lounge area with the slow combustion burner and stereo.

The other end of the lounge room has a double sofa bed the tv, video and dvd player and then leads out onto the large entertaining deck.

There are magazines, books, cds videos and dvds for your pleasure. There are many games for the young and adults to play.
