Fully furnished and Self contained 3 BEDROOM Townhouse in Casula/Liverpool region.
Townhouse has a single lock-up garage.
It has modern kitchen with dishwasher, cooking pots and pans, cutleries, microwave, electric oven and gas stove, and washing machine. There\'s iron, & ironing board.
There\'s 3 bedrooms upstairs, main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a spare folding bed for the 7th person.

There is aircondition on the hallway which cools the whole house during hot days. There\'s electric fan on each bedroom.

There\'s toilet and separate bathroom upstairs and extra toilet downstairs and laundry facilities.
There\'s t.v, dvd player, dvd movies.
Linen and towels are provided, as well as the very basic kitchen needs such as salt, sugar and dishwashing liquid.

PORTA COT and Child Booster Seat are available FREE OF CHARGE FOR STAY 7 NIGHTS OR MORE. Less than 7 nights $5.00 per night.

PROPERTY IS CLOSE TO TRANSPORT & EASY ACCESS TO M5/M7

Glenfield Train Station is a walking distance, about 3 klms, but there\'s a bus service just outside the complex. International Sydney Airport is only 30 minutes drive or you can hop in the train and takes you straight to the airport. Sydney CBD is only 45 minutes by train.

Famous Golf Course is only 5 minutes drive. There\'s also tennis courts and full GYM about 15 minutes drive. Shopping mall is onlya short drive, where you can find Coles, KMart and other boutique shops.

If you are looking for affordable but very nice home away from home accommodation, then you just found a place.

We are family friendly and we can even help you out on how you go around Sydney\'s tourist attractions and what places to see and where to find fine dining at affordable prices too. or if you are in the mood of home cook meals, then shopping mall is only 5 minutes drive to get your grocery stuff.
The back Patio Area is well designed and is a beautiful entertainment area where there\'s usually breeze in the afternoon and evening.

\"10 relaxing days down under...\"

\"This vacation rental is truly wonderful. It is in a very nice area that is quiet and close to all the great attractions. A short car or train ride will get you to the heart of Sydney where you can climb the Sydney Harbor Bridge, dine at the best restaurants, or enjoy cocktails in the Rocks. A short drive in the other direction takes you to the country side of Sydney. There is an excellent wild animal park called Featherdale which is home for crocks to kangaroos. There are many beautiful rivers to explore and if you enjoy hiking, you can do that as well. This rental makes an excellent vacation head quarters.

I believe this rental was recently remodeled; the whole place felt brand new. It has a sweet kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare dinner at home. There is a BBQ located on a very relaxing and private rear patio.

All of the bedrooms are furnished nicely having very comfortable beds with plenty of fresh linens. The bathroom is modern having a Jacuzzi bathtub.

I didn\'t experience any problems during my stay at this property; however, after meeting the owners, I knew that a great vacation for us was just as important to them.

I would definitely recommend this location to a friend and I can\'t wait to visit again.
