Relax and play in paradise! Welcome to our exclusive condo Unit 601, at Windward Pointe, Orange Beach, Alabama.

Directly located on the sugary white sands of Orange Beach, you and your family will wake up to the peaceful sounds of the crushing Gulf waves and become mesmerized by the beautiful sunrise from our East corner unit while enjoying panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico’s clear blue waters.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has a King, Queen, and two Twin size beds. The living room sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper. Accessible from any bedroom and the living room, lounge around or dine on our 90 ft wrap around balcony.

Located on the 6th floor, the condo is steps away from the elevators and stairway, saving you plenty of time for fun activities. Watch a movie or catch your favorite cable TV show from any of our bedrooms and living room.

Each bedroom and living room have Smart TVs (65-inch) so you can stream movies, shows or internet radio. Use the Wi-Fi to access wireless internet from every room, including the balcony.

Entertain your family with our fully-equipped island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and enjoy your favorite songs with our surround sound stereo system, available throughout the entire unit, including the balcony.

PARKING limited to 2 vehicles. HOA separately charges fee per vehicle. Purchase permits on 1st floor, next to the elevators.

CLEANING SERVICE company, as a courtesy, leaves a starter set of bed linens, bath & hand towels, wash cloths, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel & trash bags. No daily maid service.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT is up to 8 persons (includes guest, small children, & visitors).

ACCESS CODE to enter Unit 601 will be sent, via email & text, 24-72 hours prior to check-in to the guest named on the reservation.

FAMILY ENVIRONMENT: family groups & responsible adults permitted to rent. Absolutely no house parties as is violations are grounds for immediate removal, fines & forfeiture of rent.

GENERAL: Guests are to abide by all rules posted throughout Windward Pointe property & the Unit 601 Vacation Rental Agreement.

NO SMOKING in Unit 601, including the balcony.

NO PET ANIMALS in Unit 601, including the balcony & on Windward Pointe property.

NO EARLY CHECK-IN and NO LATE CHECK OUT. The cleaning service needs sufficient time between guest to clean and service Unit 601.

Amazing Gulf Views

Everything was wonderful; lots of space, gorgeous views. Convenient to everything. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from the huge balcony!

The Balcony and view are amazing!

Perfect location, great layout! We so enjoyed our stay here, the condo layout was great with two giggling “tween” girls who were up late into the night the location of the master they didn’t bother us a bit. They loved the twin beds with the lighted headboards. The facility was very family friendly and felt like a very safe environment for kids. The beach is awesome at this location not too deep, or shallow. Loved the chair and umbrella rentals at this property too! Just perfect! ❤️
