Set amongst peaceful and private garden surroundings, Dreamview is the perfect place for families, couples, bowlers and golfers and for those simply wanting to relax and unwind.

The Sapphire Coast offers a huge variety of fun and fascinating recreational activities.

Dreamview is our dream family holiday home with a great ocean view.

At night, you overlook the lights of Merimbula across the bay.

It's only a 5 minute walk to either of the two pristine beaches and 5 minutes to the wonderful Pambula River Mouth beach which is great for young children.

Pambula Beach has the safety of the Pambula Surf Life-saving Club, the only life saving club in the Merimbula area.

You can watch the beautiful parrots, sea eagles, black cockatoos, kookaburras and delightful whip birds from your north facing sun deck overlooking the ocean.

Kangaroos also visit our garden daily.

Dolphins are frequently seen surfing the waves at Pambula Beach.

It's a very short walk to the mini-mart and take away shop adjacent to the surf beach.

A cafe and licensed restaurant for that morning coffee, lunch or evening meal is just a 5 minute walk - share a bottle of wine and walk home.

Where else can you be surrounded by national park and pristine beaches?

Pambula Beach is a paradise because it's completely surrounded by National Park on one side and the ocean and river on the other.

There are beautiful walks including the nearby Pambula River mouth. This is a perfect place to be at sunrise and sunset where the scenery and colours will take your breath away.

Well maintained coastal walks along the ocean cliffs and river mouth offer superb views.

It's only a 5 minute drive to the 27 hole up-market Pambula-Merimbula Golf Club and a further 5 minutes to the restaurants, cafes and resort style shopping of Merimbula.

The historical town of Pambula also offers some wonderful country style pubs, restaurants and old world charm, particularly the monthly market on the first Sunday of the month.

Dreamview has been newly renovated which includes a brand new bright and sunny kitchen.

You can view the ocean while cooking some deliciously fresh fish you just caught 5 minutes walk away.

You have high ceilings with huge picture windows all capturing the great ocean view whether you are inside or outside on the very large sundeck.

Having your BBQ on the sundeck and watching the sunset while looking over the ocean is very special.

Our large garden attracts many beautiful birds while giving you lots of peace and privacy. That's why kangaroos love their daily visit and our resident blue-tongued lizard is a delight to watch.

There are separate dining and living areas with all the entertainment you need including DVDs, many books to read and lots of games to play.

Obviously you have a large screen HDTV, DVD and stereo for your enjoyment.

This is a NON-SMOKING home and very well behaved dogs are allowed only if first discussed with Gayle or Alan and you agree to our Dog Rules.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with two singles.

There is a separate toilet and bathroom which has a shower and a separate bath ideal for young children.

Downstairs is accessed externally from the sun deck and offers a separate private area ideal for teenagers/friends and grandparents with its own separate bathroom and toilet.

There is a third bedroom downstairs overlooking the garden, with a queen size bed.

To keep the kids happy, there is also a large games room.

A large undercover garage is also downstairs and there is boat parking at the front of the driveway.

All linen and towels are supplied (except beach towels)

Sleeps 6 comfortably. A 5 minute walk to beach, a peaceful and scenic alternative to Merimbula accommodation.
