This stunning and ultra modern holiday home has been lovingly & architecturally designed to create comfort for any holiday maker. Surrounded by bush setting (including friendly neighbourhood bush turkey) and with awesome views from Currumbin to Surfers.
1st (top) level is the entry via timber balcony to the modern and well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas with glass doors opening on to a balcony on two sides with spectacular views. Lounge is beautifully furnished and includes a flat screen T.V, surround sound system. This level also has a powder room & is air conditioned. (if doors are kept closed this air conditioner will cool all three levels of house)
2nd level (downstairs) Has a Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom including shower and spa bath which boasts north-east view to the ocean, ceiling fan and screened/glass doors leading to balcony with views.
2nd bedroom has a single bed with trundle, built in robes and ceiling fan and screened/glass doors to balcony.
3rd bedroom has a double bed, built in robes and ceiling fan and also has screened/glass doors that lead to the balcony. Also on this level is the 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.
3rd (lowest)level has the rumpus room; a 2nd living area with T.V, DVD and double & single sofa beds. Also has balcony with view and bathroom with toilet and shower, plus laundry with washing machine/dryer and clothes line.
Beach access to Currumbin Alley and beach can be gained from all levels via stairs and pathway.
Shops 3 mins drive, walk to newsagent & cafe's
Surfers Paradise 20-30 mins drive
Theme parks 25-35 mins
Coolangatta airport 5-7 mins drive
Linen is provided as as well as basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper..it is the guests responsibility to purchase their own supplies once these have run out
Parking is available for 4wd vehicles in private driveway, or for sedans etc parking can be found at the top of the driveway. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access.
