Guest Reviews
Swallow Valley stood out as a lovely oasis of green among the brown fields. The separate guest wing was spacious, comfortable and cool, with entry onto a private deck where we could enjoy breakfast. A delightful spot with bird life abundant in the extensive gardens and beautiful Arab horses bred by the owners in the surrounding paddocks. Thanks very much to Joanna and Chris for their excellent hospitality, especially the evening BBQ under the stars on our final night. We'll definitely be back.

The accommodation could be described as the three C's - Clean, Cosy and Comfortable - with high ceilings and spacious rooms complete with full-length views to the wonderful outdoors.

It was peaceful out there, being one with nature, listening to the frogs at night from the nearby pond and waking up to the birds chirping just outside our bedroom window.

More so, we enjoyed buying fresh, crisp carrots and handfeeding the gorgeous horses on the property. The names of the horses being, Gejima, Mahira, Jadea, Dayan, Ronan, Zahid, Missy, Karrie and Nandi. We also enjoyed getting close to the other wonderful creatures on the property, whose names we believe to be Sheba (the dog) and Shadow (the cat) - both belonged to the hosts Joanna and Chris.

From the time we arrived at Swallow Valley B&B to the time we left, Joanna and Chris were the perfect hosts. We would highly recommend this place for a good break away from it all, and are looking forward to the next chance we get to spend another holiday there!

Again, our heartfelt thanks to Joanna and Chris for making our stay at Swallow Valley B&B such a pleasant one!
