About this property

This Oceania condo #504 overlooks 574 feet of private sugar white sandy beach shared by only 71 deluxe condos. Enjoy the provided reserved beach set up on the beach.

Oceania has one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin. The condo is located in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle. The private gated property provides reserved covered parking. We provide you with a remote gate opener for easy access and a reserved beach set up.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances along with a keurig coffee machine , air fryer and crock pot. All three bedrooms have private baths, televisions with DVD players. The living room has a 47 inch television. Wireless internet is provided for no additional cost. The mirrored bar has an ice maker included for your entertaining needs.

In the master bedroom you can lie in the king size bed and watch the sunrise, fishing boats, and para sailors. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower and dual sink vanity. The view from the two guest bedrooms is of the Destin harbor.

The 40 foot balcony is accessed from three sets of sliding doors and offers a comfortable rattan sofa, two over sized chairs with ottomans, dining and casual tables and chairs. The balcony is extremely large and provides 200 square feet of additional living space.

The condo's exercise room has equipment to keep you fit and has a gorgeous view of the gulf for you to watch as you exercise. The pool is just steps away and is surrounded by palm trees. Our entry to the beach is handicap accessible as well as stroller and beach cart friendly. The beach attendant will set up your beach chairs and umbrella in a reserved location for you. No need to rush out first thing in the morning to hold a location with your towels!

Decorated Beautiful

The condo is a great location. It is beautifully decorated, and looks expensive. The condo, is kinda dark at night, but over all we enjoyed ourselves. Easy beach access.

Escaping Reality on the Best Beach in America

The moment you pull into this property, life is left at the gate. Here, you can escape reality on the pristine white sands & crystal clear turquoise water. The pool is heated, the beach is private, the unit is well stocked so you never have to leave. The beds were amazingly comfortable and couches on the balcony are an incredible coffee spot. We only left for donuts every morning at The Donut Hole.

Beautiful Spacious Condo

The location was amazing, steps away from the beautiful Destin Beach. The condo itself was wonderful. So spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything good we needed. Thanks for letting us stay. We will be back!

2022 Girls Beach Week

Perfect condo for our annual beach week. Wonderful balcony with enough seating for all 6 of us to enjoy the beautiful ocean only steps away. Can’t wait until we can come back next year.

My husband, Bob and I live in northern Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. We like to escape to Oceania and enjoy the water and the beach. We wanted to buy a beach condo since we were first married. Our growing family of three sons and six grandchildren love to come to Oceania. We just wish we lived closer to Destin. We also love boating, tennis and snow skiing.

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy our condo at Oceania because of the outstanding view of the Gulf and private beach. We love the squeaky sound when you walk across the sand. It reminds us of walking in snow. The condo is large and well designed so that it gives us a spacious feeling that we have never had in any other condo. The balcony is huge and very comfortable. It can easily hold the whole family with room to spare!

What makes this property unique

Oceania is located on Holiday Isle which is off the busy highway 98. It is close to everything without the busy traffic and crowds. We enjoy the quiet pool, beach and beautiful landscaping at Oceania. There are so many restaurants nearby that is hard to choose where to go. The many activities include: shopping, mini golf, para sailing, boating, fishing and going to Destin harbor to walk around the boats. You can also go on a sunset cruise or snorkeling trip. I think my blood pressure drops by 20 points when I am in Oceania.
