The Cottage has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, one queen size bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds, sofa bed in a separate lounge area, and bathroom suitable for families, couple or singles.

The Cottage accomodates six adults comfortably.

The tram at the end of the Street takes 15 minutes, travelling along picturesque St. Kilda Road, to reach the Melbourne CBD.

Visit the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Crown Casino Complex, South Bank, National Art Gallery of Victoria, Federation Square or Melbourne Concert Hall.

Take a 20 minute walk, or 5 minute tram ride to Albert Park, home of the Australian Grand Prix.

  • "The perfect place for our week in Melbourne. Only a couple of blocks to restaurants and shops but still quiet. Trams at the end of the street to the city and a short walk to either Prahran or South Yarra train station and close to parks if you have children (you don't need a car). But what set this property from others we have stayed at was the personal touches and attention to detail which not only exceeded all of our holiday needs but also made us feel like we had all the comforts of home. Robyn was the ultimate host from the moment she met us and showed us through the house to the time we left. You have to stay here."

  • "Spent an extra long weekend here with 5 people - 3 adults and 2 children. This place is perfect for family or small group accommodation in Melbourne. The owner and the house itself, with the way you are greeted to the fitout and extra touches, is so welcoming that you feel like you are at home! Has everything you need, including heaters in each room for those cold melbourne nights. Tram and restaurants 100m away - what more could you want? We will be back for sure. Thank you!"

After stayed in four cities in Australia which included Sydney, Hunter valley, Canberra and Melbourne, our family unanimously voted Apartment in Melbourne was the best which brings impressive memory of our trip. Apartment in Melbourne provided all facilities we needed, especially for a family of 6 with a 85 year old grand-grand mom and a 20 months old baby. The fully equipped kitchen was most liked by the family which allowed us to have both Chinese and Australian meals prepared. Not to mention the comfortable beds in which we recharged ourselves after long days sightseeing in Melbourne and surrounding area. You and your husband warm hospitality gave a great impression to my parents who were the first time visiting Australia. Excellent heating (was cold when we were there). Everything that you'd need in the kitchen. If traveling to Melbourne I'd definitely stay there again."

  • "an absolutely charming cottage, plenty of room for a family of four in a fantastic location. The pictures don't do this charming cottage justice. For those staying with children, the owners have thoughtfully included ikea plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. There is also an excellent bath and a second living area with sofa bed that is ideal for toys. There are also several family friendly cafes and parks in easy walking distance. The location is wonderful, with a tram just metres away, the Prahran market an easy walk and the joust of Chapel St literally around the corner. The owner was very accommodating and professional with nothing too much trouble. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival and the linens and towels etc are of a quality far above the usual private rental. We will definitely stay again."
