It\'s your holiday. Let us worry about the planning. Sandy Paws on Belongil is a bright, modern and comfortable duplex with a relaxed beachhouse feel. Everything is provided to make your stay as carefree as possible. Perfectly positioned less than 100 metres from beautiful Belongil Beach, you can take in the surf and sand or enjoy a 10 minute stroll along the beach to the town centre and it\'s famous cafes and shopping.

Being opposite to the beach access it enjoys ocean glimpses in the main bedroom and refreshing sea breezes in the front yard and throughout the accomodation.

This spacious duplex has plenty of room and features air-conditioning, 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (including ensuite to the main), lock up garage and is fully equipped with everything you could need for a fantastic holiday so close to the beach. Sleeps 6.

Relax with a BBQ on the front deck by the courtyard, enjoy a coffee or meal at the nearby Belongil Beach café, walk across the road to the exclusive uncrowded Belongil beach or leave the car locked in your garage and take a short stroll into the Byron town centre to enjoy the many cafe\'s and restaurants.

The yard is fully secured with a child proof lock on the gate gate making it ideal for pets and the kids.

Sandy Paws is now available, with approval, for your best friend who also loves a holiday next to the best dog friendly off lead beach on the far north coast. Your dog will be allowed inside and in the courtyard but is not allowed on furniture and must be on a lead in common areas. A dog bed and bowls are provided. Of course, they must be housetrained and well behaved. Please include details of the breed and age of your dog in any booking enquiry.

Rates are shown above each month of the Calendar. To confirm a booking, we ask for a 50% deposit (either Cheque or Direct Debit) within 7 days of confirming the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid prior to commencement of the stay.

Short Term Stay: Minimum charge 4 nights.
Long Term Stay: Ask about our special 2 month winter stays
