This property is your perfect "chill zone" for couples and family groups but please note that this property does NOT accept bookings of young adult groups under 18 years of age and has a strictly enforced maximum occupancy of six guests at all times.

Perfectly positioned less than 100 metres from beautiful Belongil Beach, you can take in the surf and sand or enjoy a 10 minute stroll along the beach to the town centre and it's famous cafes and shopping.
Being opposite to the beach access it enjoys ocean glimpses in the main bedroom and refreshing sea breezes in the front yard and throughout the accomodation.
This spacious duplex has plenty of room and features air-conditioning, 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (including ensuite to the main), lock up garage and is fully equipped with everything you could need for a fantastic holiday so close to the beach. Sleeps 6 max.
Relax with a BBQ on the north facing deck where you have front row position for watching the variety of people cruising this unique community. A dip in the ocean is only seconds away.
The yard is fully secured (fenced) with a child proof lock on the gate, making it ideal for pets and the children.
Sandy Paws is available, with approval, for your best friend who also loves a holiday next to the best dog friendly off lead beach on the far north coast. Unlike other properties which claim to be dog friendly, your dog will be allowed inside and in the fully secured courtyard but is not allowed on furniture and must be on a lead in common areas. A dog bed and bowls are provided. Of course, they must be housetrained and well behaved. Please include details of the breed and age of your dog in any booking enquiry.

To confirm a booking, we ask for a 50% deposit (either Cheque, Direct Debit or PayPal/Credit Card) and completed booking agreement within 2 days of acceptance of quote. The remaining 50% must be paid prior to commencement of the stay as set out in the booking agreement.
Pricing is based on occupancy by up to four persons. Parties in excess of four persons (inclusive of children) will incur an additional charge per person dependent on the season booked.
Bookings can only be made by persons over the age of 18.
Short Term Stay: Minimum charge 4 nights(No Less)
Long Term Stay: Longer term stays up to six weeks are available with price variable according to the time of year booked.
